Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage has its roots in the Ayurvedic system of healing and has been used in India for over a thousand years. Here in the West it has become a popular short seated treatment.  Usually it includes massage through clothes to the upper back, neck, arms, head and face. Various specific techniques can aid deep relaxation and help to reduce stress, restoring physical and psychological balance.
