Working with the Pelvis
The pelvis is a key structure in the body, providing balance and movement through myofascial force transmission. When the pelvis is restricted or out of balance this can contribute to many common chronic pain conditions such as piriformis syndrome, SI joint pain, chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), endometrial pain & non-bacterial prostatitis.
In this one-day course we explore myofascial techniques that can help to release fascial restrictions and rebalance the pelvis allowing for better pain-free movement.
This course is taught by Amanda Oswald, lead therapist and owner of the Pain Care Clinic, and author of Living Pain Free: Healing Chronic Pain with Myofascial Release.
